Where do you get all those coupons from you ask?   Read the list below – it’s Your Ultimate Canadian Coupon Guide.

Follow this guide and you are sure to get most of the coupons available out there.

Remember if you register for any account make sure you register one account for each family member to maximize your savings.

1.	Printable Coupons
	You’ll find some of the best hidden coupons right here on Savings Guru.  Click on the tab at the top that says Printable Coupons to see the list.  Most are 2 prints per computer.
2.	PDF Coupons
	PDF Coupons are some of the best and you’ll find a list of them here on Savings Guru.  Click on the tab at the top that says PDF Coupons and browse through the list.  These are printable until the expiration date.  Please think of the environment and print them as you need them.
3.	Coupon Inserts
	Inserts are those little coupon booklets that are added to local newspapers and provide some of the best coupons we find in Canada. They are Red Plum, SmartSource, P&G and Unilever. To view a list of when you might see them in your paper click on the tab at the top that says Insert Schedule. Experienced couponers tend to be able to get many coupon inserts.
4.	WebSaver.ca
	Web Saver has many good coupons to choose from.  Some coupons are printable, Some are by mail only and then others may have both options.  It is 2 prints per computer or device.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page and check through the portals for hidden Web Saver Coupons. 5.	Save.ca
	Save has many good coupons to choose from.  Some are print and some are mailed.  It is 1 print per account.  They also have hidden coupon portals.  WalMart now uses it to for it's coupon portal but they have some special coupons too. Click here
6.	BrandSaver.ca
	Brand Saver is full of P&G Coupons.  When they are released grab them quick as they tend to disappear quickly.  On occasion they have hidden portals as well.  Watch our feeds and we’ll try and post them when they come up.
7.	GoCoupons.ca
	Go Coupons are mailed coupons.  Recently they have been mostly for Royale Products but occasionally they have others as well.
8.	SmartSource.ca
	Smart Source has several printable coupons to choose from.  They allow you to print 2 coupons per device/computer.  They do have hidden coupon portals so watch for those. Target also uses smartsource to print Target specific coupons those coupons that say Target on them can be stacked with another manufacturers coupon in Target and in most Walmarts.
9.	HealthyEssentials.ca
	Healthy Essentials has mostly printable coupons for Johnson & Johnson products and they have a number to choose from. You must register for an account to print the coupons.  They allow two prints per account.
10.	Hydro One Coupons
	All year long, download annual coupons and redeem them at participating retailers across Ontario. In the spring and fall, look for in-store coupons for energy-efficient products for your home during the coupon event.
11.	Metro & Metro Quebec Coupons
	Metro Coupons and Metro QC coupons can be used at Metro Grocery Stores as well as in most Walmarts.
12.	Coupon Rebate Companies
	There are currently 5 Coupon Rebate Companies.  Checkout51 ,SnapSaves ,Zweet, Cartsmart ,Save .ca.  With these apps you take a picture of your receipt with your phone, upload it to the program, choose the products you bought - submit it and wait for it to be processed.  Once you've reached $20 in your account you can put in a request for a cheque.  These apps are the bread and butter of couponing since in most cases you can combine that rebate with a sale and a coupon. Open an account for each device you have in the house including for each computer.
13.	Kraft Canada
	Kraft Canada releases printable coupons on occasion.  Go to the website and register an account.  It’s a limit of one print per account and 2 per device as they print through websaver.ca
14.	Garnier Coupons
	Garnier puts out coupons through their portal from time to time.  Take a look and see what you can find.

16.	Coupon Zone or CZ Coupons
	These coupons can be found in most  Loblaws brand stores like RCSS, No frills, Independent, Valu-Mart Atlantic Superstore, Maxi, Provigo, Zehrs and Fortinos. Walmart will also take them if a final price is specified. Walmart will treat the coupon as a price match and you only need one to do so. The coupons are found on the board in the front of the store or under the individual products in some other stores. Some of the coupons on the CZ boards are also normal manufacturers coupons and can be used anywhere. Check the back of the coupon to see if there are any restrictions on where you can use them – if not they are normal manufacturer’s coupons. If they are CZ only coupons you can use them in any Loblaws brand or sub brand stores.
17.	Tear Pad Coupons
	Tear Pad Coupons can be found anywhere in any store at various times.  They are usually found on a display of shelf and are readily available to tear off.  Watch when you are in the stores as you can get some great tear pad coupons this way and can be taken without buying anything.
18.	Hang Tag & Peelie Coupons
	A Hang Tag Coupon or Peelie Coupon is one that is found literally hanging on or available to peel off the product.  It is meant to be used to purchase that product in the store at the time you are purchasing it,
19.	Magazines
	Some magazines including the Walmart in Store Magazine are free and full of valuable coupons.  Please ask for permission to take more then one.
